Construction - 10

Very well-built and expensive looking. Also comes with a nice case. Earcups swivel around but I think they are built to withstand abuse. The noise-cancelling button is a bit small and is a little tough to turn on when the cans are worn but that's probably the only semi-negative thing I can see with regards to construction. Weight would depend if you have batteries installed or none but they still seem light with batteries.

Comfort - 10

Very comfortable. They do cover the ears, mine at least, entirely. Which is a bit surprising at first because the cans don't seem that big. Another plus is you can completely remove the cord if you just want to use the noise-cancelling function.

Sound Quality - 9

I have not spent that much time doing critical listening with these headphones, but there aren't that many headphones that have given me a "wow factor." I remember auditioning the cans with the noise-cancelling function turned off at first, with which I thought, "Ok, there's nothing really special with these cans." Then my friend turned the QuietPoint and it was a whole new different world.

I'm thinking it's because you can really, really concentrate on the music and hear everything. It's like you are blocked from the outside world and nothing comes between you and the music.

Value - 8

I have to say I'm not that really into noise-cancelling headphones. I'd rather use the money I spent paying for the noise-cancelling stuff on cable upgrades, better drivers, an amp perhaps, etc.

The sound though belongs to the higher echelon of Technica models so they sound great to begin with. Plus, there are a lot of added bonuses including the case, and a bunch of other adapters. I'm quite in the 50-yard line in terms of value for these cans.

Overall - 9.3

Pros: Probably the best noise-cancelling headphones there is - closest would be Bose but they don't have a lot of supporters. Carries Audio-Technica signature sound so great for Technica heads.

Cons: Noise-cancelling needs batteries - it can still function without, I just like the idea of having batteries in my cans.
